4TV Call Center Staff (8 Posts)

-To answer and handle the question from customer by 4TV knowledge with good interpersonal skills to understand customers’ inquiries or complaints.

- To increase sales, agent may call customers who have recently purchased a product to offer them information on other products of interest by outbound calls.

 

Job Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline

- Good interpersonal skill and active performance

- Team work and good communication on any environment

- Can work under Shift duty (Day or Night)

- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and other related applications

Training will be provided by 4TV to all employees. Prefer to the assertive and passionate person about 4TV channels.
